「Great location for a reasonable price.」

「The property was clean, functional for post op surgery. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing that I wish was told to us was the construction work that was going to be done next door. It was a little bit of a disturbance when recovering but nothing that will be consistently an issue with the property. Eventually the construction will be complete. 」

「Apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location in the historic area of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, marina, parks, and metro rail station. We lived in the grove for many years prior to moving overseas. It wasvery nice spending time in our old stomping grounds and seeing all the new development. We would recommend staying in this lovely area. , andparks andmetro rail 」
