“Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.”

“All a bit chaotic with a refurb underway giving the feel of a building site at reception and the bar/restaurant areas. Not made aware in advance which wasn’t appreciated. Room was okay albeit we did get assigned to a room which was occupied which was cringy. £15 for overnight car parking which is up 50% from February last year. Not impressed with that.”

“The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. ”
