“Very poor customer service, swimming pool was very dirty. Room 403 was very dirty. manage that was on duty.Her name is Bernadette she refused to help. the worst place to stay . Alexandria Louisiana.”

“The breakfast was really good. I liked the fact that there were no pets allowed. But the guests were allowed to smoke right outside the main entrance and you could smell it. The place smelled bad from roof leaks. The bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable and the ac did not work very good. The swimming pool was drained and unavailable for use and it was 99 outside. The hotel needs a major remodel”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”

“When we arrived last night, 2 men were outside doing drugs. Got inside the room and it had roaches. No one in office all night so couldn't get a different room or extra blankets or pillows. Couldn't pay me to stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Loyd Hall Plantation and were really impressed with how the staff handled unexpected issues. The first room I originally requested showed as available, but due to heavy weather the night before, the roads had flooded and housekeeping was unable to clean it in time. The staff communicated this quickly and kindly upgraded us to the camilia Suite instead. When we arrived, we did notice the A/C in that suite wasn’t working properly. I contacted the staff again, and they……
