"We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut."

"The property was very disappointing. It had the old brown shag, dirty carpeting. The doors on the cupboards were not hanging properly damage to the ceilings. Only two bath towels for a three week stay for two people one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had no water pressure, no handicap bars to assist an 80-year-old getting in and out of the tub we were afraid to use the kitchen facilities as the place was not very clean. We were there while our own home was having some renovated work...

"We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable."

"This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back!"
