"This is a lovely hidden gem in Tuscany. The outdoor view is refreshing and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful; the property was one of our favorite places we stayed. Very comfortable accommodations with a nice kitchen and dining area. Did a day trip to Florence which was about half an hour drive. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly happy. "

They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . "We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"

"Marilia was a gem. She cooked us a delicious dinner the day we arrived. She arranged for a cooking class on site and connected us with a driver for our day trips. She went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The house was built in 1050 BC and was a treasure to stay in. Many features have been left when modernizing. The cellar is original and a great place to visit or eat while you are there. The views are spectacular. We cannot recommend this house enough!"

"This was a perfect location for our girls trip in Tuscany. Beautiful country views in a quiet setting. Very convient location to make day trips thru Tuscany but would definitely recommend you rent a car to do this. A parking spot wss provided so did not have to worry about finding and paying for a place to keep the rental car. The house was clean with lots of space and so nice to have so many bathrooms all with good water pressure. The kitchen had plenty of dishware and utensils and made life easy by having a dishwasher. Also, very helpful to have a wash machine and multiple drying racks. We were very happy to have a cafe and gelaterias within walking distance as well as a grocery store. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. One possible concern is if you had to be available for work, the WiFi was spotty especially at night. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!"

"I Read comment on the Path to get there and I tought that was the price to pay for calm and Serenity. NO it is a 10 -15 min drive on a winding roller coaster path. As far as calm is concern, wrong again when a family come next door with there 2 kids and grand parent. I forgot to mention about one of the bathroom that we could not use because of its unbearable odor. Answer from the owner…. Just close the door"
