"The hotel is beautiful, modern, & very clean. Very friendly staff. There's both an evening happy hour, as well as daily breakfast, included. The room was spacious. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay, there is a kitchenette with a stove top & microwave, a small fridge (like you find in a studio apartment), and a dishwasher. Spacious bathroom, as well. The hotel is between the arts district (a 10 minute drive) and an area where there are lots of restaurants (a 5 minute drive). Also, we have a plug-in hybrid and loved being able to charge at the hotel. If we head back to Asheville, we will definitely stay at the Element again."

"Convenience to shopping and restaurants the hotel was nice, clean, up to date ... Very large homeless population on this road if that is a concern for you. Wouldn't recommend walking anywhere but driving was fine."
