There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "I thought it was a little more spacious but the space was still good . The place was clean and very nice inside, we had plenty of blankets, things were provided for us like towels & washcloths. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the neighborhood was not a problem at all to me but I will say parking is the only thing you might have to worry about since it’s street parking it wasn’t a lot of spots outside of the building ."

"The inside of the property was very modern however did not seem the cleanest as the rug was dirty and there were crumbs everywhere. Also the second bedroom door was cracked making it super hard to open. However the biggest issue was that the neighborhood was not “quiet”. In the first 15 minutes of being there we heard gunshots outside. We passed a drug deal happening one street over and there were people run over all right around us. "No utensils...it was my friend's birthday so we had to eat cake with our hands. No hand soap so nobody wanted to use the bathroom. Advertised as sleeps 6 when it really sleeps 5 max so some of us had to leave. The "pull out couch" does not pull out it's just a couch with no bedding included. So even though six of us came only 4 of us could comfortably stay. Think before you book, very unhappy with my first VRBO experience."
