「The staff, we found to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Room bedding and towels were clean with replacements available if required. Rooms were serviced alternate days, but also on request. Breakfasts were well presented with plenty of choices from hot, cereals, fruit, pastries etc We had dinner most evenings, which we enjoyed, with a choice of 2 or 3 courses. Also sandwiches were available if requested at lunch time in the bar.」

We had our dog and our room was the furthers away from the main entrance or garden, so would have been better if we was a bit closer. breakfast was really good and the bar was well stocked and a great view from the bay window. would defiantly stay again.」

「We had been traveling for about 18 hours when we finally arrived at the hotel. We were treated warmly and our room was ready even though we were there before check-in time. The room had a view of the water, was very clean, had tea and coffee in the room, along with biscuit snacks. Two negatives were the dog smell in the lounge and poor state of plants in pots. While the dog smell is probably unavoidable as dogs are allowed, the dead plants brought about a depressing impression. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full.
