“The location was good for my mobility scooter, helpful / friendly staff & we had a courtyard groundfloor room. Twin room was rather small, but adequate. Full English Breakfast was excellent value & not greasy- waitng staff were good. Many thanks for our stay.”

“Visited for a short holiday and to visit family. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was fine. We usually stayed in premier inn at Exmouth and tried this hotel for a change. Not much difference except we had a balcony, staff were nicer and more helpful and was cheaper to stay and park. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is pet friendly so there were some people staying with their dogs. We didn’t mind.”

“I had not realised in advance that it was a net carbon neutral hotel. I was absolutely amazed by all the design and actions that were at work to make this hotel eco-friendly. Brilliant - if this hotel can do it, so can most others! Elegant Skandi look to all the architecture, inside and out, all practical and with a purpose, but attractive also. “The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival (thank you!) and to cater for my dietary requirements at breakfast. Charming and attentive service, lovely room. Only slight problem with one of the mattresses needing to be propped up with cushions as not level.”
