「We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!」

「This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. 「No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house 」

「We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. 「Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! 」

「Places like this really make our family vacation with 3 kids the BEST. Plenty of space, very clean but not in the way that makes me nervous about having my kids around. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Location was close to the museums and sights. Not walking distance, but still quite close. The owners were quick to respond and kind. Would stay again!」
