It is no frills & a little “tired,” but is clean and the staff is amazing. Since we just want a place to sleep, this works great for us!"

"This is a lovely hotel where I had a wonderful stay in 2019. The hotel is still the same lovely building, and the staff are warm and accommodating and helpful. The disappointment was that the hotel was undergoing a change in ownership when we were there and there had been a kitchen fire so both the memorable bar service and excellent food were missing. I enjoyed the stay anyway but was disappointed about these matters. "

"As with most hotels that have an adjoining casino, the room had no microwave or working refrigerator. Other than that, every area of the hotel & my room were very clean. I also had an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, and the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay at Casino Queen again in the future. "

"We originally were given rooms on the 4th floor, but before we could get to the elevator the manager was behind us and suggesting rooms on the first floor because of our 94 year old Mom. We had rooms overlooking pool and you could open the gliding patio door and go out if you liked. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee machine worked.
