"very clean and quiet "

"Everything was going well. My husband and i were staying to attend a conference. Unfortunately, we were abruptly woken at 11pm Saturday night by the fire alarms. We were panicked, triggered by the current affairs of the war, grabbed our belonging and prepared to evacuate. The overhead alert stated for us to remain and wait for instructions, yet none came. No alert on our phone from the concierge service, nobody came to our door. The alarm went off and on and off again. Still no communication. I laid awake all night, too tired to attend the last day of my paid for conference. No complimentary breakfast or free night stay was offered for this inconvenience, I'm very disappointed. "

"I always read reviews carefully before booking, and Tracy’s property had nothing but glowing ones—but even those didn’t fully prepare me for how stunning it is or how incredible Tracy is as a host. She’s truly thought of everything. Forgot a flat iron? There’s one there you can use in case of emergency. Need a sewing kit because a button popped off? She has that too. Even the cabinets are thoughtfully labeled to make finding things easy. This stay truly raised the bar for my expectations! "

"Great communication by Liana before and during our visit. Positives: the studio is extremely clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, very comfy bed, great Keurig, generous snacks and beverages. Not so positive: no TV (we realize most people use their devices for watching TV, but I didn't see that there was no TV on the amenities list), had to use the kitchenette sink for brushing teeth, drying hair, etc. since there is no sink and no outlet in the bathroom, the space could use a place to sit (only a bed to sit on), perhaps a small table and chair set could be added? It is clear that loving thought went into this space, and we appreciated this. Just a couple of additions and it would be five stars. Thank you, Liana!"
