“The Pacifico Palace is a lovely place to stay with a couple issues.
First - Kudos to the serving staff, the cleaning staff, the chefs and entertainers. They are all very well trained and go out of their way to make sure your stay is rewarding. The food was excellent, the bar staff were fun and motivated and the rooms were properly cleaned.
BUT
The front desk and coordination between departments is a whole different issue. We will give three examples.
