“The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. From our room you could hear music from the street late at night, so if you try to get to sleep early, staying here or anywhere on beale street probably wouldn't be the best choice. Showers/bathtubs need to be updated as well, but over all the room was clean and maintained.”

“I hate to write something like this but it starts off the first day heater didn’t work we’re freezing and we complain and they came up and said all they had to change something because of the unexpected cold weather I changed it in half hour later no warm air coming out so that move this to another room which was warm and it worked but it’s always a hassle to have to pack unpack pack and go to another room so that was the first day and then the second day we went out and came back in the room……

“Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. ”

“It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would……

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”
