“The hotel is well situated along a wide boulevard with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The room was very nice and had a great view. What I liked was that it was across the street from a shopping mall that had everything that I needed - from dining, shopping, etc. There is also a McDonalds across the street. The staff was courteous and kind. Transportation is very accessible being along a busy boulevard. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

“Wonderful staff but our room is dark, smelly and molds are on the wall of the shower room. Also the bedsheets smell like it hasn’t dried up properly! ”

“A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned……

“We returned to Palais Fes Yahya after a couple of days in Chefchaouen as we had had such a lovely stay previously. It was like coming home to old friends!! The family helped us to arrange a last-minute visit to the Chouara Tanneries, before catching our train to Marrakesh. They really are a delightful family- so very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this authentic and beautiful riad if you are coming to Fes!!”
