「I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day.」

「No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer.」

「Great place to relax and enjoy some local food with lots of opportunities to do excursions if you're up for a little action and site seeing. The staff at Margaritaville are kind and fun. The resort is well kept and has great amenities there's also a reasonable amount of activities for kids and adults. There's a local evening market on Monday's with a variety of goods to purchase and close and safe to walk to. Overall a lovely place to stay and visit.」

「The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. 」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「The entire property was a 10+. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Taco, the bartender/waiter, was great, he offered great advice on the area and made a heck of a Pina Colada. He deserves a raise.」

「The window in the room is frosted which IMO is absurd, especially in a place as beautiful as CR. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have just one window that is completely frosted. I don't mind a small room, but a small room without an actual window isn't tolerable for me.
