“客房”

“The property was a beautiful place to get a to go coffee and walk the lake. The rooms were nice and clean. We did have an issue with a dog across the hall barking incessantly. The staffing was mostly amazing. There was one front desk lady that wasn't friendly at all, but I didn't catch her name. The other two ladies and gentleman we spoke with were awesome. The bartender could be a bit more attentive. Seemed more interested in speaking to someone who they obviously knew than taking care of……

“I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .”

“My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!”

“Parking was limited, had to park behind hotel, was a little nervous walking in by myself at night but other than that it was nice and very quiet ”
