Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. "very good location, food outlests, shopping, super market and convenience store in the same building. direct connection (underground and bridge ) to Osaka Station. Hotel can get crowded, but checkin was smooth, staff very polite and nice. Has 8 laundry machines, but can get crowded and need to wait. Room is not large but enough room and has all you need."
