「condo a little dated and plastic chairs for dining not good. Sofas old and worn. Beds comfortable. 」

「The Water Street Hotel and Marina is a lovely place to stay. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. While we were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is also comfortable, clean and quiet. This was more like a condo than a hotel. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. That was a nice touch. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and don’t forget to get your biscuit from the Biscuit Factory in the mornings....

「There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops 」

「This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. 「This was a great condo that was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all items we needed. The beach was beautiful! LOVED the bar option that had drinks and food at the pool area. The drinks were yummy and so was the food! This condo is also within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's. I would have loved to have seen a beach attendant renting the beach chairs/umbrellas daily. They were only there one day of our stay. Otherwise this was a great condo option and we will stay there...

I'm very happy things went well, I the 43 year old man who booked the stay am the only one who drinks beer. Not to party I simply enjoy the beverage. It worked out great for those kids! 」

「The property was ok, we were notified of the painting and cable updates ahead of our visit. What was horrible about the stay was the beach front access that was advertised in the rental was closed and being worked on 24 hours a day. They had heavy equipment and a huge pipeline pumping sand up on the beach. During the night we were awakened because of the noise from the heavy equipment and banging of the pipeline. When we told the property manager, Southern Hospitality they said they had no idea...
