“Checking in was a pleasant experience. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a smile!!! The kitchen area was clean. The interior courtyard was such a wonderful touch. Being able to sit outside was so great and get fresh air.”

“There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops ”

“The Water Street Hotel and Marina is a lovely place to stay. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. While we were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is also comfortable, clean and quiet. This was more like a condo than a hotel. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. That was a nice touch. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and don’t forget to get your biscuit from the Biscuit Factory in the mornings.……

“Everyone had a good time and a nice place to stay. It's easy to see how a very popular spring break location could have troubles with guests. I'm very happy things went well, I the 43 year old man who booked the stay am the only one who drinks beer. Not to party I simply enjoy the beverage. It worked out great for those kids! ”

“This was a great condo that was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all items we needed. The beach was beautiful! LOVED the bar option that had drinks and food at the pool area. The drinks were yummy and so was the food! This condo is also within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's. I would have loved to have seen a beach attendant renting the beach chairs/umbrellas daily. They were only there one day of our stay. Otherwise this was a great condo option and we will stay there……

“The property was ok, we were notified of the painting and cable updates ahead of our visit. What was horrible about the stay was the beach front access that was advertised in the rental was closed and being worked on 24 hours a day. They had heavy equipment and a huge pipeline pumping sand up on the beach. During the night we were awakened because of the noise from the heavy equipment and banging of the pipeline. When we told the property manager, Southern Hospitality they said they had no idea……

“We really enjoyed setting on the deck in the morning watching the sun come up drinking our coffee. The room was very beautiful and cozy. It was very clean and comfortable the only thing we wish was different , that it would of had an ocean view.”
