"The Social Hub is a great hotel—modern, stylish, minimalist, and incredibly convenient. It’s especially well suited to the independent traveler who appreciates a contemporary, self-service approach. For me personally, being in Florence, I would have preferred a slightly more traditional and full-service hotel experience. The self check-in process and technology-driven approach are modern and very well executed, but they weren’t necessarily a highlight of my vacation. That is entirely a matter of personal preference rather than a criticism of the hotel itself. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel itself has a really dynamic atmosphere. The rooftop was definitely a standout, with the pool, terrace, various bars, and food-truck-style counters creating a fantastic space to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, it’s a very cool, modern concept and a great choice for travelers looking for independence, convenience, and a lively social atmosphere in Florence."

Hotel is within a 20-25 minute walk of key historic sites, train station, and restaurants/shops. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Good location near the train station, but not too close. Super clean, nice modern bathrooms, pleasant staff, and very comfortable beds. This would have been an excellent review except that we had a billing issue regarding breakfast charges. We only ate breakfast at the hotel the first morning but were charged for two days and when I asked to have it taken off the bill, the request was refused. I would still consider staying there again as the location was convenient for our needs."

"Everything was great, staff were helpful. A couple comments I do have are: One of the staff let themselves into our room in the morning while I was still sleeping then saw me and said “sorry” and turned around and walked out. Weird. Also the room had a lot of thick cob webs and didn’t seem that they dust the room. Other than that, it was a very nice room and clean comfortable beds. Handicap accessible room needs some type of shower curtain to contain the water or the whole bathroom becomes a shower and it doesn’t dry which can be very slippery and everything is wet in there. The rest of the hotel was very nice and updated."
