Great apartment-great location

We were in town for a long weekend. The apartment was really clean, well stocked and everything was as listed. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

Gateway to the Rockies

Great location. Convenient to town center. Welcoming amenities. We have family in the area, so grandkids came over to watch TV and nap. Loved the steam setting on the dryer which allowed me to unwrinkle my packed shirts.

CSU Graduation

Great location near New Belgium, Odell’s and Breckenridge Brewery. Also, near Old Town. The only downside was getting blocked in by the other renters who did not know how to park a car !
