「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」

「地理位置优越 离地铁站非常近 去哪里都很方便 附近还有很多美食 药店 咖啡店等等 下次还会来！」

「Unpleasant experience 」

「It was a wonderful stay overall and would be definitely open to staying there again. The lobby was beautiful and we took advantage of the fun Photo Booth. Our room was pretty small but good enough for a nights rest. Only downside was the surprise additional fee charged during check in.」

「客房乾淨，但浴室有點怪味。 員工尚可，沒有特別親切。 隔音不好。」

「Nice area! AC works amazing, tv didn’t work. Check in staff weren’t informative.」

「Staffs are rude. Bathroom and Towels are not clean. 」

「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」
