The room was clean and well made, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated having an empty minibar fridge. The one thing I am unhappy with is the lack of availability in the hotel's parking. Giarre som ort är ganska sömnig. Du behöver bil för att ta dig runt. Vi testade middagen på hotellet en kväll. Superfin mat men ingen barnmeny. Skulle tipsa om La Spiga som ligger 200m från hotellet om ni vill äta genuin italiensk mat. 」

Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed regarding airport transfer and it was arranged within minutes. I also asked for an iron, and the iron was placed in our room before our arrival.
