“Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to……

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and very nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again!”

“It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.”

“We had a great time, the staff and the place was outstanding.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Love having breakfast and dinner free at the hotel”

“We love the room decor!”

“We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks.”
