「- Communication: had to reach out to the host for access. If my instructions aren’t going to be mailed out ahead of time I believe the host should reach out. While response time was quick I really don’t like being 5 min away and not knowing how I’m going to get into the apartment. I have always had hosts email out instructions through the app so this was a bit of a surprise. - Amenities: no soap in the half bath and pocket door doesn’t really shut well.
