"I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza on a couple of occasions now and on our recent visit the service was excellent the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room with a view was lovely, bed very comfortable but a couple of improvements required - not enough plug sockets for the kettle and using powdered scrambled egg is s big no for me too, I asked for an omelette which most 4 star hotels accommodate but this request was refused, even though chefs were walking around in chef hats. "
