"Very nice condo on golf course. Bed in master bedroom not adequate and mattress not that comfortable. Kitchen not that well stocked. Went out and bought items for it. Television very disappointing. Not cable and renter must pay for apps."

"I was displeased with bedding cover which had lint balls, towels could have been brighter, laundry room door was off track and we didn't have cable service for two days. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning between 6:30 & 7am, which was very disturbing especially when your on vacation."

"The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails."

"When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. "The beds and linens were good. The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms except for the shower. It showed growing mildew and the tub definitely needs help. Also, the rug in the living room, and the fabric on the chairs really needs cleaning. The biggest problem and actual hazard, was the burned out lighting on the long, steep, narrow stairs. It was an adequate place to sleep, but not a nice place to hang out."
