"We enjoyed our stay room was smaller then I thought and outlook was the inner courtyard. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive."

"Stayed at Radisson Blu Euston Square and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. The room had several issues that affected comfort and sleep. There was no soft or ambient lightin only harsh overhead spotlights with the option of all on or just over the bed. The window blind didn’t fully cover the window, letting in light, and the room door didn’t seal properly, so both light and corridor noise came through making it both difficult to sleep and also to enjoy the peaceful morning I had planned before my train back. There was also a constant low droning noise (likely from building systems or outside not the air conditioner as I turned it off) which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the TV flickered while watching constantly for around 30 minutes before stabilising and actually being viewable . While the location is convenient, the room quality and maintenance need improvement. Overall, not the standard I would expect from this brand and it's very unlikely I would stay there again not worth the high cost."

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."

"Narrow passages and turns on the stairs, so difficult with suitcases. Double bed but it was against one wall so access from one side only. Window on ground floor did not have an opening restriction so was vulnerable to entry. Private bathroom had a tiny corner basin with no plug, low ceiling with shower curtain draping on the bottom of the shower tray and a very rusty rail. Not usable."

"The room was small, but served its purpose. It is not conducive to unpacking or long stays, but clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. It had most of what I needed. No iron and closet space made it 4 out of 5 stars."

"Booked a last minute stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. No provisions or offers given to celebrate our special day, not even a 'happy anniversary' comment! Room was not clean...hair in shower area and plughole, dust on table/TV. Breakfast was a smaller selection than expected. Omlettes, eggs Benedict, etc. are normaally available in buffet breakfast but these were chargeable extras! Fried eggs in the buffet were cold. Tables were not cleared of dishes quickly which meant we had to move our used dushes to a neighbouring table. A very disappointing breakfast experience, which was charged on top of our booking....totally unacceptable. Spa area was also extremely disappointing. Only when we enquired about timing for the spa were we informed of the refurbishment taking place. Only the pool was available on a booking system. No jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. I've never been to a hotel where they book you in advance to use the pool and only for approx. 30mins use! When in the pool one wall was covered in tarpaulin for work on the other side....noisey and dusty works going on. Corners of the tarpaulin were torn to show large holes which allowed a lot of cold air towards the pool. There were no treatments available until after check out time! The only positive was the car park and the excellent service from Tino and tge team. Car park area is small but well managed. Location was good but this was an overall very disappointing experience. "
