“The staff was very pleasant and helpful.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Should make people aware that they will be across the street in a motel when booking occurs. If we wanted to stay in a motel 6 we would have booked that for a third of the cost since we didn’t use the theme park anyhow.”

“The property was clean and sprayed well maintained. Bed linens were cozy. Be sure to check the breakfast times. I forgot to and missed out on breakfast. Convenient location. Accessible to many locations in the city. Parking lot difficult to see when coming from downtown area.”

“Stayed here for one night for the World Cup Argentina vs Algeria game. The hotel is packed with football fans. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the business center in the second floor after I checked out for a virtual meeting. It went smooth.”

“The property is such a cool space with great art and furnishing in a renovated warehouse. Very comfortable for working, hanging out, and watching the world cup games. The staff were excellent: welcoming, kind, and helpful. One person in our group sprained an ankle off property and upon our areas val.we asked for ice and they promptly delivered a bag of crushed ice and an extra pillow to elevate with to.our room”

“The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar……

“We attended an event at the T-Mobile Center and it worked perfectly for us to just walk from the hotel to our event!”

“Arrived at the location and instantly felt bad vibes from the gentleman at the front desk. He had an attitude and seemed uninterested in his job. He told me that he was just there to check me and not answer questions as far as what time the pool closed. Finally, made it to my room and as soon as I laid across the bed I found a bug.”
