"Clean room. Great area to be downtown and check out everything. Valet parking unless you want to walk alittle bit to an over night parking garage. So probably just do the valet unless you are good with walking to garage. "

"Hallways to room were very warm. Hallway on floor 7 smelled like sewer. Heating and cooling did not work properly in room. "

"Conveniently located to power and light, the street car which has multiple stops for sightseeing and eats. Loews is at least a yearly stop for us. Quiet, great views of KC skyline. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good drinks at the bar. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 16th floor and could see a lot of the city. It was a great location and had convenient parking (at a cost of $14 as an add on). We asked for a regular room with 2 queens but I believe we may have been upgraded (?) as we ended up on a higher floor and the room had a mini-fridge. They also have microwaves on a few floors (in the room with the ice machine) that anyone could use. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

Only negative would have been when I asked a staff member if they had a microwave and he laughed and said most people that stay there don’t eat left overs so they don’t have micro waves. I felt a bit embarrassed from the way the he responded. But I clarified to him it was to hear up my daughters formula "
