「The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. The staff were excellent: welcoming, kind, and helpful. One person in our group sprained an ankle off property and upon our areas val.we asked for ice and they promptly delivered a bag of crushed ice and an extra pillow to elevate with to.our room」

「Stayed here for one night for the World Cup Argentina vs Algeria game. The hotel is packed with football fans. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the business center in the second floor after I checked out for a virtual meeting. It went smooth.」

「My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.」
