“Dirty and room smelled like a dirty wet dog. Carpet torn. Poorly patched walls. Feet even stuck to the carpet. Not a 9.2 property!”

“Nothing worked! Door to parking lot key access would not work door had to be propped open. Tv in first room did not work nor did the air conditioner. Moved to another room which I didn’t notice had a queen bed which my husband is tall and always sleeps in a king. There the tv by the bed didn’t work either so no tv in bed. Breakfast was the same each day, eggs, biscuits, bagels and sausage. Apples and oranges but no bananas. Coffee was great! No I will not stay there again, workers for the……

“"Breakfast" was a coffee machine, a juice machine, and a tiny fridge with single serve yogurts. That's it. Air Con smelled liked someone urinated into it. Electrical plugs were covered with tape so you could not use them to charge a phone, use a laptop, etc. Horrible experience. ”

“First room we were assigned had a short so there was no electricity but the manager moved us quickly. Dead roach in the tub, tub didnt drain and had to call for a plunger and toilet required us to manually fill in order to flush it. Only reason i gave then 3 stars was the staff was polie and quick to help. Definitely not worth 100.00. But i guess they can charge that since there are only 2 hotels in town.”

“Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot……

“The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.”

“My family and I were going to a funeral that day. They allowed us to check in early and were kind and super friendly. Rooms were clean, no bugs, recently updated and comfortable. ”

“The rental was absolutely beautiful and completely brand new on the inside. Very close to courthouse and park for our formal photos to be done and about a mile to my daughter’s prom event at Saline County Fairgrounds. Owners were very prompt with replies and very helpful.-Parking is minimal at best as there was installers set up street side for neighbors install. One neighbor was very sweet, but we did have an unruly neighbor on the other side. Owners assisted very quickly.Overall a wonderful……

“Host is a great communicator who was very helpful and quick with her responses. House is cute and clean. The side room off the master bedroom was a great place for my husband to exercise in the morning which was an unexpected bonus. Great location. Will definitely stay here again ”
