「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...

「在這裡住了四天，很喜歡這裡，比我們前一天住的飯店感覺還好，不是說設備有多好，而是整個感覺比較請四達，該有的都有。 服務也比較靈活，像是我們比check in時間早，但是有先寄放行李給來清掃的女士，她也很棒的直接把我們的行李放進房間了。 基本上除了這位清掃女士以外，並沒有看到任何其他人了，但是透過hotels.com的app來聯絡管理人，請他幫我印登記證，還有最後一天的寄放行李，也都很快回覆並且很幫忙的。 早餐有很多麵包，水果，水，果汁，這些每天清掃女士都會來補充，也整理好床鋪，清理垃圾與浴室呢。很棒，每天回來都是新的。 尤其這裡轉角旁就有幾間中國超市，賣各式各樣的食品，飲料，酒，甚至3C雜貨，還開到12點呢。 在走出去大馬路上就是主要餐廳街與海景，公車站就在對面，我覺得很方便。 總體來說是個好的體驗，前方就兩排停車格，所以租汽車，或像我們騎機車，都很好停車。」

「We did not know much about the area and we were at first a little nervous about how far it would be. Absolutely everything was a wonderful surprise! It was so close and convenient to get around to all of the sightseeing spots. Sliema was a short walk, Valetta easily accesible by ferry. The staff were incredibly friendly. The pool both at the hotel and at the beach club were great, and there is a lot of great food and shopping nearby. For the price point i cannot recommend this place enough. I...

「We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Was a lovely apartment with a double tiered balcony roof. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym was small but good to have as an option (i.e. running machine, weights, etc.). Good for buses into town and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.」

「The hotel was amazing and the service excellent. however, please know that there is no one at the reception desk after 1pm to assist with questions, directions, phone calls, needs. You are on your own from that hour. Our room was a little smaller than we would have desired, but very nice, as we took a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Advice: if you are staying a week or more, be sure to obtain phone service with internet for Google maps and taxis, etc...and buy a bus pass for 25 Euros if...

「its our second year of staying here now and another amazing stay. Its in a good location as well so everything around is pretty well located. Check in process so easy and even messaged the owner ahead of us staying to see if we could check in earlier. Nothing is too much hassle and the owners commiunicate back in a timely manner. Lots of local shops around as well and with the facilities at the apartment you can do this trip on a budget. Great stay again and will be back next year.」

「Good location in Sliema. I wanted a central location between St Julian and Valletta, with a short walk to the ferry. Room was modernised in a basic building, and also spacious too for a standard accommodation.」
