"We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."

"I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. First, I noticed the absence of tissues in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Also, the safety light emitted a very bright green glow that startled me when I woke up in the middle of the night. Lastly, I found the black toilet seat to be less than ideal, as some visible stains were quite off-putting. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, my experience at the hotel was enjoyable thanks to its great design and convenient amenities."
