“We just stayed here for a week in March. Location is wonderful and check-in was so easy. Communication with the host was great and there was a contact to text during our stay there that was very responsive. We were there for a week (in March) during the Kona Low storm. For about two days everything around us was basically closed during the storm and we pretty much stayed just in the condo. We were so thankful we had a nice place to stay! The beds were comfortable, there is a good sized living……

"English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces. Do you need me to simplify this into a shorter version, or a more conversational version?"
