“We had a fantastic stay on the Thames in Richmond! Incredible location that is just a few steps from cafes, restaurants, and pubs! Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. The Nespresso coffee pods, quart of milk, and prosecco were a welcome gift when we arrived! They had everything we needed to cook and there were just enough plates, cups and silverware for one meal for four people. We were happy to have……

“We recently stayed at this property for just 2 nights as a base while exploring London, and we barely used the place, making it impossible for us to cause the kind of stains they later claimed. We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. It's in an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk up one street to the nearest Underground station (Earl's Court) and also very close to Fulham Road (5 minute walk) which has a lot of shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and grocery stores.
