「Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

「Owner David is very friendly. A very good breakfast too.」

「Overall a not bad place to stay BUT ....... We travel extensively and stay in lot of hotels in the USA and Canada. We were conditioned to free WiFi. This hotel offers FREE WiFi for 30 minutes a day and you have to pay a fee for usage beyond that. 30 minutes! It's not like they undercharge for their rooms and have to make up for it with extra fees.」

「We stayed here for our 3 days in Edinburgh. We walked to most main attractions from this location. It was a bit out of the central area so it was nice and quiet but a further walk each day in order to get most places, but definitely do able. Rooms were very large, restaurant was excellent.」

「Lovely decor and fittings. Great location and easy links to all parts of the city」

「All the staff provided us a very good services They are very helpful」

「The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location with easy access to many places in Edinburgh. I would give a good rating to both the location and the apartment itself. However, there were two important issues that I wish had been made clearer in the listing. First, there are around 60 steps leading up to the building, which is quite a lot, especially when carrying luggage. The stairway was also very dirty. I really think this should be clearly mentioned in the...
