「Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property.」

「The hostess couldn't find my reservation, when she called her manager who finally did find it. He told me they had no more space. After debating for 30 minutes they finally got me a room. The room had to covers and was dirty. 」
