「Great staff very welcoming 」

「Was een klein, rustig en net hotel. Wij hadden een kamer op de begane grond, moesten een stukje door de tuin/patio wat erg leuk was. De staat van de kamer was netjes, modern en schoon. Handdoeken werden verschoond als ze op de grond lagen, dus elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken. De medewerkers van het hotel waren erg vriendelijk, zowel bij het inchecken, uitchecken, maar ook wanneer we het hotel verlieten voor een dagje Londen. 「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...
