"Great location and helpful staff. My daughter sprained her ankle the day before the trip, so walking was difficult. The staff was get and they helped us navigate the bus system so that we could get around campus. I would definitely return."

"The rooms smelled smoky. I was moved to another room that smelled like covered up smoke. Wet hair was on the floor by the bed. The refrigerator was not clean and smelled. It looked like it was found on the side of a curb. There was no microwave. Pictures show a pool which of course was not operating. I left after an hour because I had a child and couldn’t get past the smell. The worker was friendly and understood. He told me to contact Expedia for a potential or partial refund and of course neither Expedia responded or management of the place responded."

"I figured a chain like the Holiday Inn would be a safe bet, but we arrived to Find a dirty box fan sitting on the check in counter running to try to keep it slightly cooler in the lobby area (it was pretty hot). The attendant behind the counter ignored me for several minutes and then looked up, bored. He checked me in and then proceeded to tell us where the stairs are located. I asked about the elevator as our son has a disability and stairs are difficult. He said it was down and nothing else. I asked if we could get a room on the first floor instead of the 3rd and he didn’t even reply. My son insisted he could handle the stairs so we decided to just go up. If he had needed his wheelchair, I’m not sure what we would have done. The hotel or Expedia should notify anyone in advance that their elevator is out of service. The carpet in the stairwells was filthy. The room was typical and the a/c did work in the room but it sucked dragging our bags up and down the stairs in the hot and humid hallways. I would t recommend."

"Cute dog themed design. If you are weirded out by animal costumes on the ceiling and dog faces staring at you everywhere be warned. That is what makes this house unique and different. Silliness aside it was clean and convenient for our 2 day stay for 5 adults near campus for a concert at the stadium."
