“Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.”

“The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”

“Dear Management, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at Knights Inn Racine due to the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced. I reserved a four-night stay, but upon checking in, the first room I was assigned had clearly never been cleaned. It looked as though the previous guest had just stepped out. The bed sheets were dirty and unchanged, there was garbage throughout the room, food and melted Skittles were on the floor, and I even saw……

“The ladies who checked us in were amazing and super friendly. Very kind and it was an easy process. Leanne who worked night shift was amazing, very friendly and gave great advice about our travels while in town. We addressed our low water pressure and she made notes. Did an extended check out for us since we left our car over night Saturday at a parking ramp. Breakfast was busy but great. Kept up on stocking food and the coffee was surprisingly good too. Can’t get over how comfy the bed and……

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”
