「Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.」

「The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.」

「We only had one bath towel in our room asked the front desk for more they didn’t have any said they would have them by our door the next morning and nothing!! Asked for 12:00 check out they said no problem and then on the morning when we called to confirm they said nope need to be out by 11!! Super noisy property all night and morning!! Would not recommend and they did nothing to compensate us!!」

「The front desk tried to charge me an extra $100 deposit when I checked in even though I had booked months in advance. They didn't have a room ready and I was two hours late checking in as I arrived late. Many of the rooms were deemed not suitable for habitation by the city with visable signage. The room service was done only if asked. The hotel smelled like mildew everywhere. The shower puddled behind the toilet when used. The "kitchen" sink didn't work. Patty was the nicest and most helpful...

「Dear Management, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at Knights Inn Racine due to the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced. I reserved a four-night stay, but upon checking in, the first room I was assigned had clearly never been cleaned. It looked as though the previous guest had just stepped out. The bed sheets were dirty and unchanged, there was garbage throughout the room, food and melted Skittles were on the floor, and I even saw...

My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」
