"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about...

"This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower."

"Keely was very helpful, place is cute and has fine room for 4 people Parking was a little tough with finding street parking up to a couple blocks away (but that's just how it goes in the area). No dining table so have to eat on couch - ok for us as we didn't eat in much."

"This was a nice place to stay in Jersey City and was centrally located to many bars/restaurants as well as a 13 minute walk from the Grove Street and Exchange Place lightrails. Host was very responsive to questions. There were a few times when the host wanted to show the apartment to prospective renters while we were staying there, which wasn't a huge deal but was an inconvenience."

"The house was fabulous warm clean. & everything we needed . $10 taxi to journal square PATH station 12 minutes to world trade centre. Had a great stay & would highly recommend this property"

"Plus side: Great location, dog friendly, and the room had a full kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minus side: under renovation so the lobby, laundry, gym and sundries store are unavailable. Public areas are worn but usable, so it's good that they are renovating. If you're okay with that, then you'll find this a good place for your stay."

"I absolutely love the bed. Slept like a baby mattress was so comfortable I want to know what name brand of the mattress, if you are a gourmet chef, you can cook up storm I worked all day I couldn’t do that beautiful place very quiet, respectable neighborhood I’d stay there again"

"We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

"The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?"
