"What a charming hotel! One block off the beach, a few yards away is one of the number one hot spots at night for live chill music and great appetizers at CoCo’s! The rooms are clean and super quiet. Great pools and super staff! We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed one more night. I absolutely can’t wait to come back. Funny, we are locals and staycation here! It’s an absolute charming adult hotel ( not a good place for family’s with kids really IMO. Rooms are sweet and small but so clean and updated just adorable!! Coffee and tea all day/night in the office and ice machine. AC is ice cold and I appreciate they have dehumidifier in the rooms as it’s so humid on the coast your rooms nice and dry. The GM was absolutely fantastic and just so friendly! Can’t say enough about our stay!! You can even get a massage by the pool or your room if you choose! Excellence service. Close to everything. 15 min walk max to pier 60 and all the fun boats etc. you will not be disappointed if looking for a quality stay in a safe and clean environment that’s not 350+ a nigh this is your place! Walk to the beach and have breakfast at Crabbys!! 2for1 bloody Mary’s or Mimosas and incredible food!! Can’t beer them for lunch and dinner. Hit all 4 of them so so good! Stay away from Frenchys they have gone down hill so bad…. "

"Our stay with Holiday Inn and Suites, Clearwater was very enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect for short walks to the beach and eateries. We noticed that city bussing was also available as a choice. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and all that the hotel offered. Definitely would recommend to others."

"Heist the room attendant was very friendly, asking us if we needed extra towels or any issues with the room. Also Bob at the front door was outstanding, we had a few rooms and were 6 adults. Bob did not miss a beat offering us waters and offering to take us on the golf cart to the beach. The entire crew was 5 stars and more. We will certainly recommend to our friends and families to stay at this property."

"The property was beautiful and the 2 restaurants on site are great. The service at the restaurants and at the bar was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view. I am very picky about hotels so I have a few comments…the coffee machine in the room is for espresso only. There was no American coffee, cream or sugar. The Sandbar had some flooding due to the rain. I tried to extend the checkout an hour or two because I wasn’t feeling well, but the hotel could not accommodate that. The beach is not part of the hotel. You can’t take drinks out there. I would still recommend the hotel. You can walk to the Pier which is nice."
