"Great view of the pool and ocean. The elevators were tricky to figure out but once you figure it out it's easy. Checked parking price first and decided to rent a car the last day. "

"Laundry service was very expensive eg. $8 for a pair of socks, $11 for a t-shirt. The Mountain View was good although you could still see all other buildings, a car park. We had to move rooms twice due to poor air conditioning (no heating during a storm), damp smell, noisy construction work right above on the balconies that was not advertised or a warning issued. The carpet was filthy (white socks dirty in minutes). Extractor fan in bathroom did not work either. Rooms are in bad need of an update. TV did not work either and remote was even worse. Staff were accommodating and sorry but the facilities were letting them down. "

"Nice place right on the beach"

"This is an airport hotel with a reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. It had the added benefit of an outdoor pool with a nice fenced in deck only minutes from the airport. It served our purpose to get a good night’s rest prior to an early morning flight without having to worry about traffic tie-ups."

"Was a great cozy stay close to the beach. The continental breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. "

"The property has a great location right across from Waikiki Beach and is close to plenty of shopping. The property itself could use some upgrades, but I still totally recommend it."
