“There are 3 Adults
Myself and 2 young ladies with LD
I cannot fault the staff
Everyone was very friendly and very helpful
Our family room was very nice and big with a big bathroom
Beds were comfortable the only negative was it was the room was cold but the temperature outside was very cold so it didn't help.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent
Breakfast was included in our stay
Which again was excellent
Definitely recommend

“The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time.
The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants.
It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”
