“Room wasn’t as pictured. Visibly dirty with hair EVERYWHERE. Looked almost like a dingy motel almost. I complained and they didn’t move me but did come and “clean”. There was still hair. Construction was annoying and the room I was out in was next to a loud family. Did not get much quiet. Was also watched and followed on my floor by some sketchy guy.”

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
