"Location in the West Loop, easy walk to restaurants, river and if you enjoy getting steps in, like we do, walk to Magnificent Mile, The Bean and Pier! Breakfast Buffet was decent, food was cold that should’ve been war/hot. "

"We came to town for a wedding and loved the location of the Palmer House. We spent much of the day before the event walking the city and sightseeing. It is a beautiful hotel."

"The property is great... Its a boutique-like hotel for the young. The shower lacked a grab bar, I'm 64, showering with nothing to hold on was a little nerving. The halls have a very strange smell and are EXTREMELY bright and hot, feels like a hospital operating room. The staff was AMAZING and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds/pillows. Kind of off the main strip, so its very low key."
