“It was the whole package. Communication from the staff, room was spotless and staff checked and cleaned each day, extras was tea and water in room. There was also cereal, coffee, tea available in the check in room for breakfast.”

“The landlad, Linda was extremely helpful. She booked golf tee time for us at a nearby golf course. soffiicinet free car parks provided. Quite near to the city centre. free wifi od strong signal. A extremely warm and comfortable B&B. A bit expensive in the weekend but I think that is Edinburgh in weekend.”

“Other than a ten minute wait when I first arrived (the proprietors were off site) my stay was amazing. The proprietors were helpful and welcoming and the room spacious, warm and comfortable. It includes a good sized fridge, microwave and kettle so those on a budget can do basic meal prep. I love being out in Edinburgh but its also nice to have a comfortable base to return to at night. The proprietor also allowed me to leave my car parked out front for a few hours after checked out for another……

“The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay.”
