"The hotel itself was lovely. The pools, lazy river and hot tub area was especially nice and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great!! Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities. The staff at check in never gave any direction as to how to get around. For the most part they were not friendly. The valet parking people were not very efficient. When we asked for our...

"Pretty nice place to stay. Ubering about was a bit expensive if you don’t have a car, but 15-20 minute ride to most Disney and Universal attractions. "

"The property was amazing. It was really easy to communicate with the front desk and get any accommodations needed. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. Not a lot of street parking near your villa building, but then there was only one parking garage on the entire resort and it was hard to get in contact for a golf card ride sometimes. So prepare to either Uber around certain times if you don't want to lose your parking spot and walk pretty far."
