「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
In addition, the included breakfast was delicious.
This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」

「This hotel looks like one of the places that Gordon Ramsay needs to save. In a desperate need for refurbishment and managed poorly. Don’t bother to book a breakfast for your whole stay, as you won’t like it.
Once the 80 clientele of the place passes away they will go bust and be out of business.」

「We stayed for 9 nights and had a lovely stay at Lucombe Manor. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and the hotel has plenty of character. We were lucky with the weather, and the sunshine over the building gave it a real Mediterranean feel!
Our first night was disturbed by guests in the adjoining room coming and going, talking and laughing. Being an older building, you can also hear people walking past rooms at night. The manager kindly moved us the following day, which we appreciated.

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience.
The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to...

「The owners could not have been more helpful
The propery was spotless and free parking on site was a great bonus
The location was very good within easy walking distance to all local amenities
The steps could be a problem if your mobility is limited, but this was pointed out when booking
All on all a great place to stay」

「The hotel is in a good location in Ventnor with easy access to the local amenities. The gardens are stunning and there was a good selection of food available at breakfast. Our only complaint was the shower as it was very low pressure. The hotel were very accommodating with our last minute booking and were able to store our bicycles for us overnight.」

8/10 不錯
這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人
