There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.」

「Very nice and warm hotel. Also close to shopping malls and restaurants in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Great view for part of the city and distance. Nearby mosques broadcasts in fixed timings are still audible through windows. Quite an exotic experience.」

「Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it.
Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌
Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔」
「Good location with many eateries, lot of shopping, very easy to get Grab to visit other places. Fast check in and out. Simple with video guide given for check in was great help. My first choice for future visit to Johor Bahru.」
