"It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied....."

We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every...

"Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

"This home is beautiful and worked well for our family, however it isn’t a beachfront property like it shows. The beach is a good four blocks away, but a quick 10 minute walk. The owner was very responsive and receptive to some suggestions!"
